Ripon City’s First XI were beaten by the weather this week, in the second round of the Whitworth Cup. Mallorie Park was subdued to a heavy downpour that lasted most of Friday night, and Saturay morning, leaving the pitch unplayable. The game will be re-arranged in due course.

Ripon City’s Reserves travelled to Knaresborough Town Reserves in the Hulme cup, and found themselves returning after a 1-0 loss.
